He is an expert in Automotive, Engineering and Hi tech industry sectors. Prior to joining Mindsight, Vipin spent almost 40 years in manufacturing sector in various capacities. Vipin has Proven abilities to enhance the production process operations, optimize resource & capacity utilization, escalate productivity & operational efficiencies of plants; curtailing costs & expenses. He has special expertise in Component Manufacturing; localization/indigenization of high quality, high performance products; development of complete manufacturing system, machinery/infrastructure selection & procurement to put into production. He has excellent experience in strategizing techniques for maximum utilization of manpower/machinery and is conversant with techniques like Value Engineering, Total Productive Maintenance and Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Vipin is keen planner with skills in conceptualizing and effecting process initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and productivity.
Vipin possesses Green Belt Six Sigma certified from Benchmark Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Practitioner from NIESBUD
