Ravichandra Tvag is Domain expert with Mindsight in “Wood-based Panel Board Industry”. He has been providing comprehensive consulting support to clients in the areas of designing/developing, manufacturing, erecting, commissioning, optimizing and modernizing wood panel & related manufacturing plants. As a domain expert he has set up several turnkey plants for manufacturing Particle Board, Medium Density Fiberboards, Oriented Strand Boards, and many other panel products. Before being associated with Mindsight he had a successful stint as Managing Director for about 12 years in one of the leading German Manufacturers of wood related manufacturing plants in India.  Before that he worked for various manufacturing units in India in different capacities and functional areas including Materials management, Industrial engineering, IT, Project development and HRD etc. Ravichandra has a demonstrated history of working in the machinery and IT industry and has strong business development professional skills in Business Process, Operations Management, Analytical Skills, Team Building, IT and Project Management. The Cross-Industry experiences has helped him to bring different perspectives to even established players.

He is currently offering high level consulting to the players and new entrants in the wood-based panel, IT and Engineering industry in India
