Pradeep  has more than 35 years of consulting and Industry experience in the packaging field with a proven track record in setting up and managing plants in the Flexible Packaging , Paper, Paper board & cartons, Plastics including PET bottles & performs & closures, metal cans,  and other packaging related segments. He has successfully worked in very responsible and senior positions in various packaging companies including leading companies in India. For the last 10 years he has been working as independent consultant providing support to several private and government organizations in the FMCG, Lube Oil, Tobacco, Food, Beverages, Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetics sectors in India, Africa and the Middle East with main focus on designing and setting up their packaging and supply chains.

As such, he bring on board extensive experience across the packaging  value chain – including setting up Packaging plants;  Operations, modernization & integration ; Sourcing of Materials and Machinery ;  Vendors management; Working capital management and Manpower optimization. Business development and R&D / Innovation have been his strong forte.
