Ravi Gautham is a Domain expert at Mindsight Consulting, in the field of Sea Food/Marine Products. Ravi has over 40 years of Industry and Consulting experience in various facets of Sea Food industry including preparation of feasibility reports, General Management, Project Planning, Project Concept formulation, Systems Development and Operations of seafood processing projects. Over the years he has implemented several state of art turnkey projects in the areas of value added fish and shrimp processing to EEC/FDA Standards.
He has been technical advisor to companies involved in deep sea fishing and processing drawn from various countries in Middle East, India and South East Asia. Prior to working as independent consultant Ravi worked in actual running of integrated sea food companies in different capacities including product development, production, QC and marketing of value added sea food products.
He has excellent knowledge of seafood processing and capable of addressing issues important to quality and production feasibility and implementation of HACCP, GMP and SSOP.
